It's paritally for me. 100% means it's in exactly the condidtion I want it in. 0% means it's either a 404 error or just blank in my own mind. 90% means the content is completely there, but alignment, font size, font color, and other details may not be exactly what I want. I trust that you guys can figure out what the other increments could mean. Don't hurt yourselves...
